Delivery within the UK is free of charge.
We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. During busy periods this might be slightly longer due to high volumes being handled. You will be advised by e-mail as to the day of dispatch.

Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class post. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

| Orders over£100 |
Are sent with Initial City Link or Royal Mail Recorded and require a signature upon delivery. AM delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Allow 1 working day for delivery after dispatch. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address.

Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class airmail post or City Link priority post. Allow 7-14 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on region. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout. There are no carriage charges for orders over £50 being sent to Western Europe.
VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the EU.

| Orders over £150 |
To Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, plus certain Middle Eastern destinations are sent with OCS Worldwide couriers. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery after dispatch. Requires signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.

| Orders over £150 |
To Eastern Europe and all other Worldwide destinations will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, City Link priority post and if over £200 by OCS Worldwide couriers (a signature will be required upon receipt). If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges and method will be calculated at time of checkout.
VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the EU.

We will exchange or refund any items of Legwear (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc), which are returned unopened within 28 days of despatch.
We will exchange or refund any Ready2wear, Bodywear, Lingerie and Swimwear or other Non Legwear items provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging/tickets intact within 28 days of dispatch.
Special orders (goods ordered specially that we do not normally stock) cannot be returned.
Please ensure that items over £50 are returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.
Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the returns being received.

All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of their complaint. This procedure may take in excess of 30 days.
